At FutbolTour.com ("We"), we have developed an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Our goal is to facilitate access to hard-to-get tickets while providing high-quality customer service. Prices on our platform are governed by supply and demand, which means they may fluctuate; a low price today might be higher tomorrow.
When purchasing a ticket on our website ("Website"), you are buying directly from individuals or companies offering those tickets on our platform (the "Sellers"). We provide services to both the Sellers and you, the buyer. These services include marketing, search tools, logistics and transaction processing to ensure you can purchase tickets safely and reliably.
The prices of tickets on our Website are set exclusively by the Sellers. Due to supply and demand dynamics, tickets may be sold above face value, especially for high-demand events or those no longer available in the primary market.
Purchase Terms
By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the following terms:
A binding contract ("Purchase Agreement") between you and the Seller is created when you receive a confirmation email from us after you have confirmed the purchase of one or more tickets. Sellers reserve the right to refuse orders at their sole discretion and without justification. If a Seller rejects your order, you will be notified by email.
The following conditions, together with any other policy or guideline published on this Website, govern your use of it. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing your order.
Credit Card Use
We accept most major credit cards. The billing address you provide will be verified with your card issuer. Please ensure you use the exact address where your statements are sent to avoid your order being rejected. Note that paying with a credit card does not give you the right to cancel your order or exempt you from complying with our terms and conditions. Any attempt at fraud will be pursued legally to recover all losses and associated legal costs. All Purchases are Final
Refunds will only be issued if an event is definitively canceled and not if it is postponed or rescheduled. If you reside in a country whose local laws grant a right of withdrawal for online purchases, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Uruguaian law applies to your purchase on our Website, and that the law of your home country does not apply to this transaction.
In the extraordinary event that an event is canceled or government restrictions are imposed on stadium capacity, we will refund the ticket purchase price using the same payment method you used. The service fee (which covers variable processing and administrative costs) will be refunded as a coupon code for its full value, valid for future purchases for 2 years. The refund amount corresponds only to the price of the tickets and shipping costs, as FutbolTour.com has the right to retain its management fee to cover such expenses under applicable law. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, our customer service team will contact you to process your refund.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your tickets in time for a match (for an event not canceled), a full refund will be issued.
If as a customer you wish to sell the tickets you purchased, you can contact us to do so. We will attempt to sell them on your behalf under a consignment model. This means that if we manage to resell them, you will receive your money back; if not, we will return the tickets to you. If the tickets were originally purchased on our website, we will try to resell them to recover as much of your money as possible, up to the amount you paid. Since consigned tickets remain your property, we need your instructions on the desired sale price. You must also clearly tell us when you want us to return the tickets if they are not sold.
Currency and Pricing
To facilitate purchases for fans, we offer currency conversion estimates on www.futboltour.com. We update these estimates regularly so the price you see is very similar to what your bank will charge. However, we cannot guarantee it will be exactly the same. If you want a real-time estimate just before buying, feel free to contact our customer service at [email protected].
All prices shown include Uruguaian VAT where applicable. If the VAT rate increases between the acceptance of an order and the event date, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference before tickets are issued.
Tickets are priced at the current market value and are subject to change by the Sellers at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the moment payment is approved.
Account Suspension
If we detect that you have used your account to engage in improper conduct or actions that compromise the integrity of our marketplace, we will take measures that may include, where appropriate, suspending your account. This decision will be made in accordance with the Digital Services Act and may be appealed for review by our compliance team.
Your Order
We send a confirmation email immediately after your order is successfully processed. Never assume an order has been canceled just because you have not received an email. Please check your spam folder if you do not find our confirmation after a few hours. Contact us if you are unsure whether your order has been confirmed. Orders placed over the weekend or outside business hours may not be processed until the next business day.
Seat maps on the site and specific locations or categories serve as a guide when buying but do not guarantee an exact section and/or row. We work with multiple specialists who list their tickets on our Website. While we strive to keep listings accurate, we are not responsible for typographical errors. If an error is found while processing your order, you will be notified and offered other available seating options or the option to cancel your order. Please review your tickets carefully as soon as they arrive. If you find any discrepancy, you must inform us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receipt) so we can resolve the situation.
Tickets on the Website are classified as "unrestricted view" or "restricted view." You acknowledge that occasionally some elements such as overhangs or pillars may partially obstruct your view (particularly in older stadiums) and that "unrestricted view" does not always mean a 100% clear view. Instead, "unrestricted" means the view is not significantly blocked in a way that would normally lead the event organizer to sell that ticket at a reduced price.
We and the Seller reserve the right to upgrade your seats if those you requested are not available or if a Seller defaults. However, tickets can never be downgraded to a lower category without the buyer's consent or an agreed discount. The hierarchy of seats (from lowest to highest) is as follows: Grada Alta Fondo, Grada Baja Fondo, Grada Alta Lateral, Grada Baja Lateral, VIP and Hospitality categories (OR) Category 4, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1, VIP and Hospitality (regardless of location).
Dates and Times
Event dates and times are always subject to change. In fact, this happens frequently, so it is important to regularly check with the venue or local media for the correct date and time. Sometimes match dates are moved. When you buy for a specific event, you are purchasing tickets for that event regardless of the date or time it is played.
We have no control over these changes, so we cannot offer refunds if dates and times are modified. All times on the Website are local. With this in mind, please consider your purchase carefully before making it.
If you are arranging air travel, you should obtain a flexible fare that allows changes in case the event date is modified.
Ticket Delivery
Delivery depends on the ticket format, which may be physical or, in most cases, electronic as provided by the clubs. The most common formats today are PDF files or Mobile Tickets.
Electronic Formats:
- PDF files are generally sent 24-48 hours before the event date so customers can print them at home.
- Mobile Tickets are QR codes usually transferred 24-48 hours before the match. Depending on the club or federation, customers may need to download a specific app to receive them and present them at stadium gates.
- In both cases, specific instructions are emailed to the buyer.
Please note that on rare occasions tickets may be delivered on the same day of the event. However, we guarantee that customers will receive their tickets in time to use them. If this happens, we will notify the buyer with detailed instructions.
Physical Tickets (Paper):
- Deliveries are normally made via certified courier services that require a signature. In some circumstances the seller may require you to meet a representative at or near the stadium on the match day. We will email you when your tickets are dispatched.
- Because football tickets are often printed very close to the match date (sometimes only 3 days before), international delivery may not be feasible. In that case your tickets will be delivered locally (to your accommodation or hotel the night before the event). Please notify your hotel reception to expect the package on your behalf. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery and provide a secure location.
Voucher Tickets:
On certain occasions, especially for packages that include additional services, you will receive a confirmation voucher after your purchase. This voucher is your service proof. Physical tickets for the event will not be sent in advance; instead, the assigned guide will deliver them to you personally on the day of the event when they pick you up at the agreed point.

Shipping providers do not offer rerouting for packages already dispatched. Therefore, the courier must deliver the package to the original address. If you have specific delivery requirements, please indicate them when placing your order.
Tickets are normally shipped to the billing address of your credit card. If you need the order sent to an alternative address, we will require a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your ID and the credit card used, as a fraud prevention measure.
If for any reason your tickets are returned to the seller or could not be delivered, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or refuse the delivery, the seller will put the tickets back on sale on consignment to try to recover your costs. You have the right to set the sale price; however, if we cannot reach you, the seller will set an appropriate price to try to recover most of your money, which may be substantially less than what you originally paid.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Once you receive your tickets, store them in a safe, cool place away from sunlight. Follow any additional instructions that may appear on the ticket itself. Heat or direct sunlight can damage some tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Our Liability for Loss or Damage
WE DO NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT IN ANY WAY OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WHERE IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO SO. THIS INCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, AS WELL AS FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES, NOR FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD (RAIN, EARTHQUAKE, EPIDEMIC, ETC.), WAR, TERRORISM, STRIKES OR GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE OFFER NO WARRANTIES REGARDING OUR SOFTWARE, SERVICES, WEBSITE, TICKETS, EVENTS OR THE FULFILLMENT OF PROMISES BY SELLERS OR BUYERS.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT DISPLAYED.
IN PARTICULAR, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: LOSS OF PROFITS, SALES, BUSINESS OR REVENUE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. No new tickets will need to be issued. If you cannot attend the new date, we cannot cancel the order or offer refunds. However, we can try to sell your tickets on consignment as detailed in the "All Purchases are Final" section.

FutbolTour.com is a private secondary ticket marketplace based in Uruguay and is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, any box office, artist, sports team or venue. We are not associated with or endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues or organizations mentioned on this site.
The Purchase Agreement
This legal notice governs the use of the portal www.futboltour.com, provided to Internet users by FutbolTour.com.
This Purchase Agreement, together with the description of services provided by FutbolTour.com on your invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It supersedes and nullifies all prior agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral, and cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FutbolTour.com.
Any additional or contradictory terms or conditions proposed by you are expressly rejected by FutbolTour.com.
